WRM Process Services & Investigations Inc. is a Process Services and Private Investigation Agency. Our Agency conducts investigations and at time utilizes data collection and other search agencies to assist in our research. WRM and our subcontractors conduct all searches within the legal limitations of the GLB, FCRA, and FDCPA statues. WRM is not a law firm nor provides legal advice. All subject searches are separated by persons and business entities. Matching information is required to gain information successfully through proprietary database and risk mitigation systems. Not all financial institutions provide customer information to third parties. Financial consumers can “opt-out” of reporting or add additional privacy measures to safeguard their information.

WRM cannot make guarantees to the outcome of results of any search or investigation service due to uncontrollable variables and circumstance. It is possible that search subjects cannot be located or own assets that will satisfy all judgments or inquiries. Every effort and all measures are exhausted to obtain information using the information provided for the search. WRM and assisting researchers will use available data resources to verify information. WRM cannot guarantee balance results on accounts with added security or that have opted out of risk mitigation reporting.

No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the results of your asset search or Investigation We will revisit any claims/disputes made within 10 days of the results with authoritative documentation.

Current address, truncated SSN or DOB, and business owner/CEO information is a requirement for most searches. If we need to locate additional information and update the location and address of subject’s you may incur additional research fees calculated at an hourly investigative rate.

WRM and assisting research agencies retain the right to request such documents before, during, and after the search to establish and document permissible purpose.

WRM requires a retainer fee equivalent to ten (10) hours of Investigative time to start any investigation. We reserve the right not to take a case.

WRM Investigative hourly Rate is $125.00 per hour plus New York State Tax. Additional investigators needed to completed the operation  are billed at a rate of $75 per hour each plus mileage & expenses ( as per item 10)

Data Searches are subject to additional charges and will only be performed upon approval of the client when the exceed $125.00. Search cost will be deducted for the retainer monies on file.

Expenses such as lodging, tolls, parking fees, mailing, mileage are additional charges. Mileage is bill at .58 per mile.

Travel Time to & from the investigative location is billed at 450 per hour.

Investigative reports are prepared upon completion of the investigation if requested. The cost for the preparation of the final reports are calculated on and hourly basis at a cost of $75 per hour.

Process Services performed as part of an investigation are billed as an addition line item charge as per our process services fee structure.

WRM utilizes server based investigative software to document your case. You will be granted permissible access to the case file via the software program. All digital evidence collected is stored with an outside server-based program for security purposes and will shared with the client upon completion of your case. WRM retains all information/data/ case files on the outside sever for a min of 7 years.

WRM Investigators can be called and or subpoenaed to court to testify on your case. The fees for court appearances are $300. for the first 4 hours and 100.00 per hour thereafter. The court fee is to be paid 24 hour before the requested court appearance.

Acceptable payment for retainers is money orders, bank checks, and or credit or debit cards via our website. If a client wishes to pay the retainer via a personal check, we will not start the investigative process until the check has cleared. Credit card payments via our website are offered to our clients as a convenience. We charge a 3 % credit card processing fee for credit card/debit payments.

Confidentiality is critical in any investigation. There may come a time when information is withheld from a client and or a witness to preserve the integrity of the investigation. Individual investigators may be assigned to handle different aspects of your case. The lead investigator is the person who coordinates and releases any information with approval of the case manager. All information on your case will be disseminated via our investigative software to the client at appropriate times with approval of the case manager. Verbal conversations will be kept to a minimum to ensure the integrity of your case. There may be times when information exchange is necessary so direct contact will be made with the client. WRM will ensure that these conversations are conducted securely for the safety of the client and  investigators and to maintain the integrity of the investigation.
