Sales and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at WRM Process Services & Investigations. We appreciate the fact that you trust us and are confident in our ablility to perform your service. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products and services, whether you’re at the WRM Process Services & Investigations Online Store, in a WRM Process Services & Investigations Office, or on the phone with WRM Process Services & Investigations. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “WRM Process Services & Investigations Store” in this policy.)
Standard Return Policy
Products and Services may not be returned or exchanged.
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products and services you purchase from the WRM Process Services & Investigations Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product or service may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, additional products and services may be made available for purchase to revise your product or service.
Additional WRM Process Services & Investigations Product Terms
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SALES & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO BE PURCHASED UNDER THIS SALES & REFUNDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE FURNISHED AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Making unauthorized modifications to a product or service violates the sales and refunds terms and conditions. Should you be unable to use your product or service due to an unauthorized modification, its repair is not covered under warranty.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
WRM Process Services & Investigations reserves the right to change prices for products and services displayed at/on the WRM Process Services & Investigations Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in a WRM Process Services & Investigations Retail Store, please see a Manager for a refund of the overcharge.
Should WRM Process Services & Investigations reduce its price on any WRM Process Services & Investigations-branded product or service, you will not receive a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price.
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
WRM Process Services & Investigations may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. WRM Process Services & Investigations may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Phone order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify WRM Process Services & Investigations’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The WRM Process Services & Investigations Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If WRM Process Services & Investigations cancels an order after you have already been billed, WRM Process Services & Investigations will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery
Because the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events and may require service, WRM Process Services & Investigations cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
You may designate a third party in good standing with WRM Process Services & Investigations to order products and services. You must provide the authorization in writing. WRM Process Services & Investigations is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once products are delivered and services are performed.
The WRM Process Services & Investigations Store sells products and services to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
Product and Service Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products and our time, WRM Process Services & Investigations may have to limit the number of products and services available for purchase. Trust us, we’re working as fast as we can. WRM Process Services & Investigations reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when WRM Process Services & Investigations confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product or service. In the event we cannot supply a product or service you ordered, WRM Process Services & Investigations will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
