Process Server:

A process server ensures legal papers reach the right person or entity in a friendly professional manner in accordance with court procedure and New York Civil Practice Law (CPLR).

Must:

  • Be 18 years or older,
  • Have a valid License,
  • Have reliable transportation,
  • Have a mobile phone,
  • Have a computer,
  • Have a printer, and
  • Be detailed oriented - must be able to keep detailed records of service attempts.
